West Cape Pumps & Engineering was founded on a simple observation: the Western Cape's relationship with water is changing. Drought, restrictions, ageing infrastructure and rising costs mean home owners, farmers and businesses can no longer rely on the tap simply turning on.
We exist to do something about that. From boreholes drilled and pumped properly, to filtration systems that turn raw groundwater into something safe to drink, to automation that keeps it all running without you having to think about it — we design and install water systems that work.
Our tagline, "Elements in Synergy", points at how we approach every project: water, energy and engineering working together. We're a hands-on team led by Michael Swanepoel, based in Somerset West, covering the entire Western Cape with a focus on residential, agricultural and commercial water infrastructure.
